A Mortgage Rexxlet
ByThis "rexxlet" may be used in your HTML pages to compute the monthly payments of a loan, at a fixed interest rate.
Assuming you want to display the monthly payment for a loan of 1000.00, at 5% a year, for 4 years :
A 1000.00 loan at 5% a year, for 4 years, you will cost you nnn.nn per month Just include (copy then paste) the following lines in your page :
A 1000.00 loan at 5.5 % a year, for 4 years, will cost you <img src="http://www.hhns.fr/rexxlet/rxmgage.cgi?1000.00+5.5+4" align=center> a month
- the first parameter is the loan amount (here : 1000.00)
- the second parameter is the interest rate (here : 5.5 % a year)
- the third parameter is the loan's duration (here : 4 years)
The result will look like:
A 1000.00 loan at 5.5 % a year, for 4 years, you will cost you a month
The result is displayed on a green (arbitray) background
