By

This "rexxlet" may be used in your HTML pages to compute the monthly payments of a loan, at a fixed interest rate.

Assuming you want to display the monthly payment for a loan of 1000.00, at 5% a year, for 4 years :

A 1000.00 loan at 5% a year, for 4 years, you will cost you nnn.nn per month

Just include (copy then paste) the following lines in your page :

A 1000.00 loan at 5.5 % a year, for 4 years, will cost you
<img src="http://www.hhns.fr/rexxlet/rxmgage.cgi?1000.00+5.5+4" align=center> a month

The result will look like:

A 1000.00 loan at 5.5 % a year, for 4 years, you will cost you a month

The result is displayed on a green (arbitray) background

Just test it with your own values :
Enter manually http://www.hhns.fr/rexxlet/rxmgage.cgi?100+1+1 in your navigation bar,
or, better,

Click here (you'll get a new window), then modify the loan amount and/or the rate and/or the duration in the navigation bar.
